Pete Philly & Perquisite

Pete Philly & Perquisite are an award winning hip hop/jazz duo who easily take the prize for the best local music I've heard here in the Netherlands. Their combination of tight flow (in english), smooth beats and jazzy instrumentals have earned respect across their European tour and from the illustriously ill Talib Kweli.

Their website has five tracks you can check out; or if you're in town, scope them live Saturday night at the Melkweg.

“Size matters not, ... Look at me. Judge me by size, do you?” Yoda.

Sometimes it's important to starwarsnerdup.

Bro, you're blog is looking styling! What did you use for design? I must have access to your secrets...

For Italian fans of the Star Wars series, especially children, Yoda is often referred as "The Sardinian One" or "The One Who Speaks Sardinian". This is due to the fact that once translated into Italian, Yoda's manner of speaking is very close to the Sardinian accent that in Italy is considered humorous, even slightly ridiculous.
